Paul McGonigle, Chief Executive at Positive Lending, says: “For 2 years the brokers have lost access to the seminars and lender visits that we all took for granted prior to the Covid 19 Pandemic. Whilst the market has grown exponentially in those 2 years, particularly in purchases of residential and BTL properties the consequence will be the tightening of the market as inflation hits record numbers and mortgage rate increases, coupled with a reduced housing stock.

We want to demonstrate where the opportunities lie for brokers – within the specialist lending space for opportunistic investors, assisting clients that cannot re-mortgage traditionally and how to assist landlords with raising refurbishment costs. More than that we are actively asking brokers to bring their problem cases to the event for immediate assistance.

Our panel is exceptional, and we are delighted to have them share their knowledge with our brokers. These events have proven to be hugely popular in the past and we look forward to running more educational workshops later in the year too.”
